Yes, we provide professional White Glove Delivery for all large furniture items. This includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials.
What kind of warranty comes with your furniture?
We stand behind our craftsmanship with a limited lifetime warranty on the structural integrity of our solid wood frames and a five-year warranty on upholstery materials and finishes.
Can I request fabric or wood finish samples?
Absolutely. You can order up to five complimentary swatches or finish samples through our website to ensure the materials perfectly complement your home's aesthetic.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
Non-custom items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that custom-made or personalized furniture orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I care for my solid wood furniture?
To preserve the heirloom quality of your pieces, we recommend dusting with a soft, dry cloth and avoiding direct sunlight or proximity to heat sources which can cause wood to warp or crack.
